SSI, a federal government contractor is seeking experienced candidate for Vice President of Business Development. The VP of Business Development will partner with the SSI management team in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan to increase revenues and profits. Responsible for all aspects of business development to include the identification, qualification, and positioning for new business. This individual will develop major pursuits, drive teaming arrangements, manage customer relationships, monitor contracting information, and manage the proposal development team. A. BS/BA degree from an accredited university is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in government contracting business development is required.
